My real estate career began in 1994 as a housing consultant in Bend, Oregon. Through trial and error I learned to take the initiative, to be thoughtful and helpful and personal success and business success would follow.

In 2004, I started working as a full-time residential real estate agent and immediately hit the ground running. Knowing the value of listening to clients and knowing local codes and laws, as well as understanding the real estate market elevated my salesability. Meeting and accepting people where they are, understanding their needs, working hard everyday is my daily goal.  
Helping people understand their options and make informed decisions throughout the transaction is how success is evaluated.
