Hello, thanks for taking the time to read my bio. My name is Steven Coutoumanos but for simplicity I go by Steve Manos.

As a Treasure Coast REALTOR® with The Keyes Company, I have the privilege of working with buyers and sellers here in Florida and I love my job.  I have recently closed transactions in Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, and the surrounding communities. My clients were happy to reach their goals. Helping people reach their real estate dreams and goals is very satisfying. 

I began my real estate career in 1994 as a housing consultant in Bend, Oregon. That experience gave me invaluable insight into helping people reach their real estate goals. The process of discovering customer's needs, educating them so they were confident in their decisions was very gratifying. Taking the initiative to be thoughtful and helpful throughout the process creates happy customers and gives me great satisfaction.  

In 2004, I transitioned into full-time residential real estate agent and immediately hit the ground running. 

Real estate is a wonderful job, for me, because it allows me to be creative in advertising and building value. Building trust along the way with my clients as we focus on the goal makes all the hard work worth the effort.
Early on I understood that consistent, open communication following up and following through are the keys to success. This is especially important in today's market where some properties may sell more slowly than the neighbors' property. A plan of action evolves in a changing market and consistent communication allows trust to evolve. Some sales move smoothly from beginning to end, while others require patience, creative problem-solving, and determined follow-through. With decades of experience, I help my clients understand their options, overcome obstacles, and make informed decisions throughout every stage of the transaction.

Completing the sale is gratifying as a result of the success my client experiences. I am skilled at meeting people where they are, discovering their needs, working hard, earning their trust, protecting their interests, and building relationships based on clear communication and trust.
